Black Trident

I'm an armed bodyguard.. it is absolutely essential that my holster affords me to utilise it with impeccable efficiency and reliability, AND can stand up to the worst case scenarios that my profession may face. I appendix carry a full-sized Canik Rival with a light/laser and thus needed a custom made holster. I chose a cordura cover over the kydex for better heat dissipation and muffle any possible gun on kydex noise. The holster arrived a few days after ordering but I had a few queries and Black Trident were very responsive and went the extra mile to guarantee absolute satisfaction. By this, I mean that they went beyond what I expected. The holster completely meets my original desired expectations and of course is from excellent materials. It was 'only' one holster but I was treated with the respect of a valued customer, and clearly every customer of Black Trident is valued. The CRITICAL aspect here isn't just the quality of a product, but how the customer is treated and how a company responds when something isn't to total satisfaction. And Black Trident steped up to the plate and took complete ownership of the product cycle. There are however, people in this world who only want to complain, regardless. If your dog could walk on water, they would say "so what; you have a dog that can't swim". Ignore such 'reviews'. Afterwards, I bought their inner belt, in black, which fits to a suit (currently having some larger loops tailored in, as suits have notoriously small loops..but the belt fits in everything else that I own..) tactical or outdoor clothing. It is simply perfect with sufficient flexibility for comfort and yet highly rigid in its vertical plane. I recommend getting the clips: Fat Jenny, Ulti and the two pronged one (I forget its name) that also goes over the belt.. then you are covered regardless of clothing choice. The Range Belt is even better with fantastic functionality and attaches perfectly to the inner belt. I will certainly be using Black Trident for all of my gear requirements in future. My boss, who is ex special forces (Cobra) and a policeman neighbour (K9 unit) had absolutely no idea I was carrying, despite wearing only a jumper (pullover) over my t-shirt and jeans.

I received the message last Friday afternoon that my order was ready for pickup. I was then able to pick it up spontaneously before the weekend, which of course made me very happy! Although the man from Black Trident (now with lighter hair - I hope I'm not offending him :-D) was alone there and had a lot to do, he took enough time and explained everything to me with great tips Rangebelt basically adjusted to my needs. I can only congratulate the management on having such great employees - people like that contribute to your success! Everything was great, perfect advice and great products. Quality and advice has its price and I hope that I will enjoy your holsters etc. for a long time. Best regards

I have owned and used Black Trident products for several years. There is (almost) nothing wrong with the quality. This criterion alone would give me 4.5 stars. However, what bothers me more and more as time goes on is the pricing. - Yes, good products can cost money. - Yes, I am willing to pay more money for good products. Unfortunately, with Black Trident you pay extra for everything. This is best seen in the configurators. With every blink of an eye, the final product price increases by +/- 80%. In my opinion this is no longer proportionate. It makes sense to me that certain things are more expensive or that costs (have to) be passed on to the end consumer. However, I find the manner and intensity more than questionable. For this reason, I am currently no longer ordering products from Black Trident and hope that the pricing will be reconsidered. Other manufacturers offer high-quality, long-lasting products at significantly more attractive prices. When the cost explosion is somewhat under control again, I'll be happy to be able to place orders again.
